We always welcome inquiries from anyone about participating in our studies. You can contact us or visit our web page to view and read about experiences from past participants on what it’s like to take part. You can find out about what happened in clinical trials we have run in the past. We have also provided a link to some frequently asked questions you may have and some answers which we hope will be helpful.
If you would like to register your details then we can keep in touch with you if there are any trials for which you might be suitable, register with us.
All of our staff are trained to good clinical practice (GCP) level. All of our studies are assessed and approved by an independent ethics committee to determine the quality and appropriateness of the research. All of the medicines we use in clinical trials have been approved by the MHRA (Medicines & Healthcare Regulatory Agency).
We also provide some links here to other organisations such as Healthtalkonline (DIPEX) where members of the public give their views on their particular health issues and illnesses. Some of the interviewees who talk about clinical trials were recruited from our clinic and our interested patients group. See also links to NHS Choices, for advice on lifestyle and health choices, and a link to The Department of Health displaying information on the Government’s health initiatives, social care and the NHS.
